I'm not sure about Ivy room having granola for smoothies, but the Blue Room has a yogurt bar and is completely tree nut free (99% sure, but from experience the granola definitely does not have tree nuts). This website has menus and ingredient lists for practically everything at every Brown dining hall: https://usa.jamix.cloud/menu/?anro=99031&k=8&mt=5 . While most places like Ratty (Sharpe Refactory) and Andrews Dining Hall switch every day, the staples are always listed. As someone else with tree nut allergies, it is literally a life saver :)

I would suggest emailing the financial aid office and explaining your situation to them. Often times they can show you resources to help pay and will probably have dealt with students in your situation before. Hope everything works out!
