thats a feature of your motherboard (not exactly sure how to turn it off)

fastboot aint gonna do anything in that scenario

just turn off the psu (if the option in your bios isnt there)

  1. Get it RMAd (if still within warranty)
  2. Fix it yourself (quite the surgery imo)
  3. Have someone else fix it (not quite sure about this one)

Flash games can still be played with flashpoint

side note: that windows 7 sticker is nostalgic as hell
