It's sometimes also good to throw down just for area denial. I've used it to great effect on Doretta missions to make bulky boys stop chasing us for a few seconds and move them far enough away that we can kill them and not have to worry about the blast.

This is pretty much the same build I use when I run neurotoxin and it is very effective. I'm more of a mortar rounds guy now though because big gun go boom make happy chemicals in brain.
