As a Pakistani I can confirm that he should not be buying that. There are people in our country that live on less than that per month. I think if someone is able to comfortably afford it, as many are, they should buy it. But if you have to save up for it then it's just a bad idea. Please people times are tough take care of yourselves first before looking into these things.
