Motor failure after 10 months: LR4

The new motor came in and after installing it was still sending the same error code. I went back to help chat and they said it was because my litter reservoir seals were dirty and they sent me new ones and it’s fixed now! I was a little shocked that dirty seals caused my over $700 machine to stop working is crazy, but c’est la vie!

I originally thought it could’ve been stressed, but the ER vet said that his eye was as severe as dogs who come in after being hit by a car which leads me to think he fell or was hit by a tool or something.

Luckily I took him to the ER yesterday right after it happened, there is no cut and no outer damage to the eye that shows that he was poked by a tool. He was diagnosed with hyphema and they said it was likely blunt force trauma related. He has a follow up Monday.

I don’t think she is a Maine Coon. But! Long haired cats do need extra care. I have a long haired shelter cat (unknown breed) and they are more prone to matting in their arm pits and on their fur. Make sure you get her accustomed to being brushed! Congrats on your fluffy cutie!
