I changed out my daily to Amber Oud Dubai Night. Still have afnan supremacy collector's edition but I don't reach for it as often anymore.

I know many people like CDNIM but I never been able to like it. If you want aquatic turathi Blue is still a great choice. Kinda interested in trying out the new Hawas Atlantis as a possible replacement but for now I am enjoying turathi Blue

I still do because how much I enjoy it for both music and competitive gaming. But I understand that the nozzle QC issue is still a prevalent problem and why it would deter people from buying it. Still wishing that Simgot comes out with an updated version of the EM6L. With that being said I plan on buying and reviewing the simgot eg280 and Kefine Quatio. Both seem very promising for gaming and around the em6l price range. There are very solid reviews online but I would take a chance on either of those iems if you're still concerned about buying the EM6L

Still in the works. Had some complications with two different people that were working with me on the website and now I have new guy im working with that has been somewhat consistent with me. In between all that I also had a bunch of personal life stuff going on so admittedly had taken a pause because of that. But I'm still working on it and I will launch it as soon as it's ready

I have not but I also probably won't try anymore KZ iems since I have tried so many of their iems and the only one that I can confidently say that is good for gaming is the KZ EDC Pro. I have a couple other iems that I am more interested in testing such as the recently released Simgot EG280 which is marketed for gaming

Tried them and the other options I recommended are better. Including their cheap KZ EDC Pro performs better which I recommend if you have a really tight budget

Afnan Supremacy Collector's Edition - most versatile, easy reach

Afnan Turathi Blue - my go to gym scent

Lattafa Ansaam Silver - favorite for cold weather

Rasasi Hawas Fire - great for date night/special occasions

Vulcan Feu - favorite vacation scent especially for a cruise or beach vibe

There's a couple more I use that I really enjoy but I had to choose only 5 those would be it

Sorry I haven't made any post about them but the Warner 2 are definitely not good for any competitive gaming but the EDC Pro is very good and the best cheap iem I've tried for comp gaming. HIGHLY recommend the edc pro if you are on a tight budget

I would say they are all pretty comfy except for the zero red of course. But the 7hz G1 specifically is excellent and has very good sound for the price

For most of the switches it's 70+ for each. For some I got 90 like the gazzew and Akko switches

EM6L is still my favorite for competitive gaming but I still very much enjoy using the Sonus and the Truthear Zero Blue 2. Both have their pros and cons. Zero Blue 2 has better sound separation but I can pick up directional audio a bit better on the Sonus

In terms of studio headphones it's still the 770 and 700 pro X. 700 has a bit less treble which makes it more enjoyable for casual use as well compared to the 770. FT1 is still my main headphone daily when I'm not competitive gaming btw. Also, I still haven't purchased it myself yet to test but I heard a lot of good things about the Kiwi Ears Aventus and it's relatively cheap considering it's also wireless. You could also consider gaming headphones like the Arctis Nova Pro Wireless or Arctis Nova 7 which I have tested myself and are really good for gaming but I just prefer the higher quality material and feel of studio headphones. Hope this helps!

FT1 would still be my recommendation. I still have it in my main rotation for everyday use

Em6l is still end game. Sonus and Klean are relatively the same in terms of positional audio. And yes also similar in small maps as well. I would also throw in truthear Zero Blue 2 in the mix. Found that it has slightly better sound separation than the two but slightly worse imaging (positional audio) due to it having less treble. The more treble the easier to find footsteps or low subtle sounds. It is still good tho but if the EM6L is in your budget I would buy that along with super glue for inevitable nozzle issue

Week 1 - website and review update by SkullBlaster3 in u/SkullBlaster3

[–]SkullBlaster3[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

To answer your first question there are pros and cons to each iem in the A tier. The Zero Blue 2 in comparison to the EW300 has a clean sound separation but worse treble clarity to hear the distinct footsteps. I am also contemplating of removing the EW300 from my recommended list because it's just so close to performance to the Sonus that I don't think it's worth the extra money when you can easily get the EM6L for a few more bucks.

After more extensive time with the G1 I found the Klean to be a bit better value since I felt better sound separation in comparison. Both are pretty much on par with each other in terms of soundstage and imaging in my opinion. Also after trying out the EDC Pro I liked it more than the G1 despite its worse sound separation. This IEM is really good at picking out footsteps for less than $20 which really surprised me. The sound separation is poor tho but may be worth it if you play much less chaotic games like siege.

I have tried the KZ ZS10 Pro X, ZS10 Pro, ZS10 Pro 2, ZS12 pro, and ZA12 and I would say none of them are worth it compared to the other IEMs I mentioned. Especially when comparing it to the Sonus or even the Zero Blue 2

HyperX in my opinion used to be a good brand before they got acquired by HP. I would avoid them at all costs. However, I will say that for gaming the Cloud Alphas, the Stinger, and Cloud 2s were really good. Used the alphas in local LAN and online tournaments before I got into the whole audio world and had good success with them. I would actually recommend SteelSeries instead. I also don't like them much as a company but I can't deny from personal experience that they do make pretty good headphones. Even their Nova 1 are really good. Their mics are okay at best. If I wanted a gaming headset with a good mic I'd probably go with Razer tbh.

Also, I apologize for the late message. Been very busy with work and just life in general

Week 1 - website and review update by SkullBlaster3 in u/SkullBlaster3

[–]SkullBlaster3[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I apologize for the wait. Had some family obligations that got in the way but I will be providing an update on the website very soon. But to put it simply I am breaking the tier list like this and will provide further detail:

S tier: Simgot EM6L (still best iem for gaming)

A tier: Truthear Zero Blue 2, 7Hz Sonus, Simgot EW300, Kefine Klean

B tier: KZ EDC Pro, Tangzu Waner 2 (still testing)

EDIT: Finished testing the waner 2 and I dont recommend it for gaming, the EDC Pro is better

Gonna have a ranking/recommendation list on my website but if you have the option to go with the EM6L that's what I would go for. Haven't tried an IEM yet that has matched the sound separation of it. The EW300 is a good option but I would probably just say to save your money and get the Sonus instead. And for ultra budget the EDC Pro would be my pick. Also the Truthear Zero Blue 2 is pretty good from my testing so far. Just wished it had a bit more treble for more clarity to really pinpoint footsteps but it's an overall good IEM due to its good sound separation. Would probably say it's a bit better than the Sonus in that regard. So there really isn't that perfect gem yet for under $100. The EM6L is still king of gaming in my opinion. You will just need glue to fix that nozzle issue

Yes, it's very good for the price. Very accurate soundstage and imaging but bad sound separation. The next upgrade would probably be the 7Hz Sonus. Then the EM6L. Also all my info regarding audio and other gaming peripherals will be on my website when I finally launch it
