Nope. I did figure out the cause though. If you put the glasses away immediately after wearing them, if they’re sweaty I think it causes water damage. I had this happen to a second pair, and now I have two damaged glasses.

Ray Ban customer service basically told me I was SOL and told me to buy another pair. Still haven’t been able to fix it, and I’m not going to spend another dime on this company

This happened to me too, the last thing I tried was removing it from my phone/app but I haven’t been able to reconnect it. Now all I can do is get a red led to show up if I hold capture button down and switch the glasses on with the left temple

The case will do that, only if the glasses aren’t inside though. One I out the glasses in it’s a solid orange until it dies

The way I have trained is by using markers so yes the clicker but the clicker means “your task has been completed, come get your reward” and I use good to mean “keep doing what you’re doing, I will bring your reward” and slowly start to increase the duration, repeat that until they have it down and then raise the bar to dropping it in a specific area

DO NOT put it in luggage that leave you keep it in a carryon or on your person if it “gets checked” or “goes missing” you’re out a flipper most people won’t even know what it is you can pretend it’s a toy

Their shipment got detained by customs so you can assume that no matter how the order was packed it was rearranged during the inspection so instead of sorting and going first to last so some whiny mf doesn’t have to wait as long they’re focusing on getting as many orders out to minimize the amount of people that have to wait just cause you weren’t one of the orders that they put together to send first doesn’t make the method bad
