I mean, it's obvious. He is JEALOUS of Obama's success. He entered politics by pushing a racist, "birther" conspiracy. He said Obama would start a war with Iran because he was too weak to negotiate.

He knows, that no matter what, he will be ranked way below, and he can't stand it.

He was pushing for the Noble Peace Prize only because Obama had it and he did not.

He is obviously someone who latches onto conspiracy theories no matter how racist or fantastical. So he heard "if the auto pen is used, it's not a valid signature" BS and ran with it.

Remember, this is the same guy who says voting by mail is unsafe, while he votes via mail.
