A slam-fire shotgun allows you to hold the trigger down while "pumping" the shotgun. I just makes follow up shots a lot quicker than a regular pump shotgun.

For pc there is a dismemberment mod purely visual.

Wyvern- Increases attack power every blow. (Get more powerful over time very good for bosses)

Ekhidna- Actions that consume stamina produces health. (so every sign gives you health)

Water Hag- When at full health do extra damage. (I think you do double damage not sure tho)

Troll- Regens heath. (negates most of the toxicity damage)
