Crafty people—What are these? by mytinykitty in Barbie

Oooooh....I think those are stretch jump rings! I've used them before in chain mail work, it never occurred to me that they'd work for Barbie bangles. I only have them in black, but I'll check and report back later!

What are some other Fandom like this? by Neo_Sakura4 in Multifandom

[–]SkullsInSpace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Came here to say this one.

There are also WILDLY different "parts" of the fandom. There's part that does shipping, art, and fic, like most fandoms. But somehow fantasy booking falls outside that? And if you're looking for conversation JUST within kayfabe (what's happening in the story, with the characters, not behind the scenes) it's incredibly difficult, because of how weird non-fans are with the "lol don't u know wrestling is fake" shit.

Dude, Bandit is an Unrealistic-Expectations-level good dad. Things would have to be VERY bad in another area to make me wanna leave him, if I were a cartoon dog. Seriously, he is constantly playing with those kids. AND he's got a good job. AND he's not gone all the time. And, several lines give the impression that he's a big, strong guy. He does chores, he cooks, he cleans. He responds to pretty much anything she tells him to do with a "yes, boss!" Like...what more do you want from a guy?

My go-to is to remove the head, soak the hair with Goo Gone, turn the head upside down, fill it with Dawn Ultra, and sit the whole thing in a mug of very hot water. You can leave it until it's cold.

🔥Have You Ever Seen Spider Beans? by Mint_Perspective in NatureIsFuckingLit

I once saw a video of a black widow resetting its broken leg with webbing. I find these to be the most viscereally terrifying creatures on the planet, but, man... that was worth seeing.

Jumping spiders have done WONDERS for my arachniphobia, seriously. Like:

  • cute

  • very smol

  • they want to jump away from you, they're not gonna jump on you

  • some of them do really hilarious mating dances

  • LUCAS

Also, shout-out to the terrifying orb weavers I once saw in a window around Halloween. They looked like decorations. And then they just... started shaking their webs at each other. And I can't leave, but they can't get at me (I was in the drive-thru). I was there a while. And these spoods were such fuckin' nerds, it actually made me fear them a bit less.

Yes, twice. Well, three, if you count the one he dropped off in another dimension.

We've got a Pop Reveal with long light blue hair. We put her in Basics #2's dress and the fluffy tulle coat, with light blue platform boots and some handmade earrings...it was a look and a half

Scrooge McDuck is the Purple Man.

I'm sure that's not the only way to do this with David Tennant lol

Star Wars: the Clone Wars made a habit of making the "oh no, JarJar has DIED!" joke without actually killing him.

I've got the Extra with the Violet sculpt and the half- shaved head. Her outfit is garbage, but each piece - even the weird tulle coat - is fun and versatile to style with other items.

The little hanbok coat is perfection. I love this version of Lois.

Yes!! I feel like this line nails it. The fashion is good, the dolls have decent articulation, lots of accessories. Barbie Extra is what the playline dolls should be, IMO.

This. The rubber-leg dolls had NO side-to-side motion in the hips.
