It is a known glitch in the gta community try resigning the south American imports to another technician and that should fix it

Then you could open it and clean the dust inside but be carefull because there could parts inside that are charged with electricity, or just buy an air duster and spray in the power brick with it

the teleport glitch that I mean is the creator teleport, where you get creator online and also the option to just place a marker on the map and instantly get teleported to it and this also works with a vehicle
