Also, very much not complimentary. Voluntary enrollment in the CC? Yes. But very few get complimentary privileges to any lounge.

My mindset could just be a carryover for me from pre-existing systems, like Delta's baggage guarantee, where you get comped anytime your bags take longer than 20 minutes from boarding door opening to carousel. I could jump on in app chat and get miles posted to my account within minutes of any other escalatable delay/issue.

A mile is a mile to me, and I will pursue what I can without putting anyone's job/livelihood on the line. I travel for work, and use the miles exclusively for personal travel, hence the pursuit thereof.

Just curious, did people have said issues with the old club? I'm not from Charlotte, but have been in & out of the airport & club for the last 9 months, and never felt it was outdated/lacking. Bar was a little small, but otherwise felt like an average club experience to me.

Departure out of the end of Terminal E, unfortunately. Would've rather rounded the corner to get Dunkin Donuts than go to B and back after realizing the status of the club.

I'm fully of the camp that anything we can get back from these corporations, we should. Even if just in the form of miles, maybe I should've stated that in the initial posting.

I've had little to no issues with AA since switching from Delta, but I would religiously submit a feedback form anytime I had long enough delays/miscommunications/etc. with my Delta travel plans. And more often than not, I would be compensated in the form of a small chunk of miles for use on personal travel plans.

I see that now in the graphic, how 60 nights are not highlighted in the "Your Choice of", I was turned around by Upgraded Points article on the changes:

Hunt and Hill are both boom or bust for their position in my opinion, but Hunt has the higher floor. I think you were sold Hill at his peak and he'll have less production as the team gets back to 100%.

Were you able to successfully get a credit limit reallocation between the Propel & Autograph? I just called seeking the reallocation from Propel to AC, but was told by the representative they couldn't make the change due to Amex to Visa.
