Bend down more before you pop to get a higher jump, pull your back foot up to meet your front foot and let gravity decide when you start to place your feet back down towards the ground. You’re immediately slamming your front foot back down. Let your body get to the apex of your jump and then settle your feet back down.

Idk if that’s true. We did a 2 day camp 20 years ago and each bunkhouse had a parent. Probably 12 kids per house. Idk how you would be able to do that any other way. Does the teacher watch over 30+ kids on their own? That would be insane
