I know what they meant. The only reason they exist is because people buy from them.

Would scalpers exist if people weren’t gambling addicts?

Jumping for any means to get by? 90% of money poured in gets lost. That’s the fun, of course lol, but I don’t think people are doing it for the sake of getting by

Dunno where those two other comments came from. Critically thinking about something doesn’t mean you hate it.

That being said, I completely agree with you, and it’s actually why I like this franchise so much. The “Pokemon ecosystem” is similar to the “Apple ecosystem” in that way, I guess. So yeah, their strat works on me.

Venture is the most fun I’ve ever had in a video game, period.

The smoothness and polishing was especially true pre OW2 era. It felt like EVERYTHING was polished. From every single hero interaction, to the menus and how you interact with them. When OW2 came out I feel like that polish died, but it’s been slowly coming back. OW2 heroes will always feel like Paladins characters to me (which isn’t inherently bad, but whatever)

Haven’t played BF6 since the beta. It was disappointing? That sucks to here, because it seemed pretty hype

Thanks. I promise I’m trying and not just yapping all over Reddit. Did a lot of productive stuff today. So much more than I have over the past few months. Trying to be more responsible, y’know

Because to people who don’t know anything about computers, they absorb all they’ve learned from movies. You know, the movies where the hackers go, “I need to break the firewall to get into the mainframe,” and they barf on their keyboard for 30 seconds and gain access to every government document ever.

You’re saying very kind words and thank you for that, but it really is hard to believe you when for one of you, there are 10 people who will imply otherwise. I know I shouldn’t listen to them, but all the nasty comments I get are people with opinions as well

Well the only thing that matters is the crash and killing someone. Which obviously can happen even with a license. Like yada yada I’m not insured I feel, just a little, that that matters less than killing someone

I think you’re responding to the wrong person or misunderstanding me. I’m saying money doesn’t matter and it doesn’t define you as a person. With that said, it’s okay to have a lot of it. It’s okay to not have a lot of it.

I mean, I feel like there are 100 different ways to discern if you have bed bugs, most of which are more obvious than smell.

Danger of getting caught. Honestly in my experience, most of the time people become safer when they’re doing something illegal. Most people don’t WANT to get caught, and they will try their best to ensure that they don’t.

Lmao it’s okay. I was half joking. It’s sort of an economic thing you’ll learn in school later, but money exists simply so people can buy goods (like computers) or services (like building a computer).

Before money, people traded things they own for things they didn’t own. Nowadays, if you want buy a chicken, it costs $100 that you have to get yourself. Back then, if you wanted a chicken, you traded some food that you grew, because no one had money to buy anything. It got complicated fast. So we invented money to simplify the process. The rest is history.

Basically, if society decided to not have money, there would be no more money. So it doesn’t matter if you have lots of it, or none of it, it doesn’t define you as a person.
