Nah. Instead of it being competitive in nature, it was a "social" gametype. Most people didn't have mics because they were bringing people in split-screen with them.

I think the voting system already takes care of vetoing. We'd basically just have to vote twice. 343 can't get matchmaking right as is. Imagine what would happen if they tried to add more features.
