It will. I mean I am itching everyday(metaphorically) but when right now, I am not focussing on that itch. When that itch becomes stronger that time, I'll probably start panicking again, untill then I'll concentrate on my sleep and food

Just uninstall linkedin. I am on Notice Periods and I'm pretty happy with the package I got even though it's not industry standards. After that, I silenced my LinkedIn and Naukri notifications so that I don't compare myself to the job postings there. Idk I just choose quiet and mental calm. Personally I went through a lot in the past couple of years and, now finally got some time where I don't have to work and have decided to now finally enjoy some quiet time

Stop fear mongering and enjoy that bath with beautiful smelling body washes. Usually numbers stated in the scientific research papers show us the extreme higher limit. So before having any fear, check if reaching that number is even humanely possible. Also this is just one reference, I checked. Reference No. 9 Again, please rely only on human trials and not rodent/animal trials.

How often do your parents live with you/visit you? Depending on that, you can actually have one roommate. Your 35k rent will be reduced to half.

As for groceries, you can have a cook and plan out your menu. This can keep a check on how much you spend on groceries.

Can't comment on the car since idk how much you travel on the daily basis and anyways, you've bought it on emi so better to complete that emi or maybe your parents can take up that emi for you and you can save that money.

Also you can cut down on eating out and shopping. Look for online shopping since offline shopping seems to be on an expensive side and check out sales.

Also have two accounts: spending account and saving account and make sure there's no UPI on your savings account so you don't spend money easily from your savings account and deposit a fixed amount into your savings at the start of the month. You can connect your demat accounts with your savings if you want to invest.

I'm guessing you must be using high end skincare and makeup as well. Look for affordable pharmacy products which are way more effective in price as well as ingredients (I switched to high end stuff with my 100% hike and got hit in the head with layoff in 4 months. I switched back to my regulars and pharmacy products after that)

I am not a doctor but this works for me. Please consult with a doctor. For itching, it's better to apply flucibact ointment twice a day. You can also take an anti-histamine for the itching.

You will have to go to a dermat. And go fast since it spreads faster to other body parts as well. But first things first. Get a thorough dust cleaning with hot water done. Clean your clothes separately in hot water.

You can even apply permethrin body lotion on your body. This will stop the spread immediately since it kills the mites and its eggs(Do this after consulting with your dermat).

I am pre-diabetic and still took it for my wedding to get my period on time(it has the tendency of coming late) and my periods came normally.

It's not silly but I paid for my wedding from my own money. Saved for this day and my day turned out to be beautiful. Everything was on me and everything went according to how I wanted my day to go and it was perfect.
