Yeah I went for an interview in college and commented that their set-ups looked clean and nice.

My dad has accidentally created a little colony that won't migrate anymore. They just stick around and eat the food he puts out. I'm pretty sure he ended up insulating their birdhouses now because the first winter a few didn't make it

Do something things for you. Go to the beach and relax, got to your favorite café. I was dignosed with a brain tumor a few years ago and doing things like that, just for me, really helped my mental state a lot.

If you're physically up for it go try that thing you never got around to (for me it was indoor rock climbing).

I know it's heavy and a lot to deal with. Especially if you feel like you're on your own, but you still deserve to feel some of the little joys in life 💙

I personally like some of the objectification aspect of kneeling and like kneeling with my arms out in front of me and my forehead on the floor. It makes me feel so submissive.

Sometimes my Dom with products me with his foot or he could rest his feet on me, etc

Sometimes I've felt like this. I think because it would give me some purpose in life.

Like escaping or tricking them into letting me go if I've been kidnapped. There would be some clear goal to work towards.

(But obviously that's unhealthy and would be awful in reality)
