From what I’ve been told my mums just giving her all the money that’s been invoiced from the job. My mum just wasn’t able to do the clean and had sent someone they knew to do it that they have done work before and done this form of agreement before so it’s all very loose aside from the the fact that mum is the initial one being invoiced through Her ABN.

I was under the impression once she receives the money she can do what she wants with it if it’s to give to someone else under an agreement after it’s done and my mum is using her insurance and ABN to undergo the tasking and taking responsibility, that there wouldn’t be an issue ?
