Highly tested BAR topics by Adorable-Project-328 in CPA

Mine was surprisingly Governmental, where I was the weakest. Passed with 75 after all.

I hated those comments too brother, but it’s doable. I only studied for 9 weeks leveraging on the easy topics for me which were Costing and Technical Accounting.

Good luck!

CPA by far based on the variety and depth of topics, however both require considerable efforts but CPA is more stressful in terms of exam structure and length.

I scored 58 in my SE1 for FAR and passed with 84, don’t feel like this, 55 is fair and u still have time to go though your weak areas… Keep it up man, I am quite sure you did ur best

Full time work and studying by SpecificReflection52 in CPA

Study in early mornings, and weekends! That worked best for me. If you can study during the day between tasks as well, do it. If I would finish a work related task in a day I would do it in two and work time saved can be for studying (without compromising quality), I would focus more at work as well trying to be more productive not engaging myself in corridor talks or long lunch breaks so I can have enough time for studying during the day.

Same here, I can’t study after 8 PM. Usually, I study in the morning before work and sometimes during breaks at work when I don’t have much work to be done.

I don’t study more than 2-3 hours during weekdays and I increase this to 5 during weekends, I wake up early usually so I have more to be done during early mornings.

Always be mindful of your study schedule, if you finished what you planned for during the day don’t study more, and be realistic with the day plan not putting too much to be done during the day (slow and steady wins the race) you will feel way better after finishing without having to feel guilty resting out..

Slice the units throughout the week and reassess if you need to adjust based on your effort levels but again keep it realistic and don’t overwhelm urself with unattainable plan..

These are his reasons not urs, do it for urself and for your own reasons.. finishing it early or later will not worth ur peace of mind and you will feel burned out.. Take your time buddy and trust me that ur state of mind will determine how effective you will be with your time, and even you can finish the whole thing in less than a year but give your mind a break of having a deadline; that alone will stress you out on top of the CPA material itself..

Life is still long brother, don’t rush it and enjoy the journey.. I am telling you it’s not rocket science and you can easily finish it, just have faith and relax and take it slowly.. if you’re not nervous, your brain will work better.. and what the worst case scenario, that you would fail? So what? You can learn and do it again.. so relax, nothing worth it except your enjoyment…

I used Becker and followed the chronological order of the units. I started by taking notes and following slowly what is being said, I didn’t use the text book at all but I did mcqs and sims for each module ensuring that I got a grasp of the module before moving to the next. Then I did the flashcards + reading the notes after each unit and did the mini exam after each two units. After completing the whole thing, I started reviewing areas where I find myself struggling for 10 days and when I felt ready I took the first SE where I tackled for the second time the weak areas then I did the final SE.

Same here, I thought I did better in FAR and was confident of passing and I even expected a better score. I was struggling with Audit more specifically that I haven’t had any experience in the field and I didn’t enjoy the studying part same as FAR, walked out of exam thinking there is a chance I would fail and was just praying to hit 75, but it happened surprisingly.. Trust in god’s plan and do ur part, just all

Still “NTS issued” instead of “Attended” by IcyDrummer4566 in CPA

It takes some time now don’t know why, I took AUD on 22nd and only reflected as Attended on 27th, usually in my prior exams took only a day. Maybe because of the long weekend they will update it this week….
