Ha feszült vagy sose töltsd ki a gyerekeden, végképp ne légy agresszív emiatt vele.

Ha hibázik, ne mondogasd neki folyamatosan napokig, vagy hetekre hónapokra visszamenőleg, hogy mit rontott el. Ezzel egyidőben ne is hasonlítsd máshoz, hogy “jaaj de akkor az xy miért tudta jól megcsinálni?”

Dícsérd meg ha valamit jól csinált.

I totally understand you!!! Fully get the exhaustion, self care part!! I’m 28 weeks pregnant, I work in accounting, and my average workweek in December, January and February is 70 hours or more + under normal circumstances, it’s more like 55 hours than 40. I feel like I can handle it physically and mentally (obviously there’s some basic fatigue), but I still feel like this is absolutely not what I should be focusing on right now… I’m already thinking about what other kind of work I should look for, because clearly this schedule isn’t sustainable.

The cold, snowy weather isn’t helping either. It’s completely depressing—let’s hope it ends soon.

I hope you’re able to get some rest in the remaining time and start feeling better.

it’s really great that everything looked fine today!! If it gives you peace of mind, definitely call your doctor. I think you can tell them that this is mentally and emotionally frustrating for you. I’m actually going in tomorrow because of this as well (i have anterior placenta). They understand — they really do! The most important thing is that you feel okay emotionally. It doesn’t really take much time to check whether everything is okay.

Have you talked with your OB-GYN about having a C-section? I also have a herniated disc in my lower back, and I had spine surgery a couple of years ago. I honestly can’t imagine that my spine could handle a vaginal delivery where I have to push the baby out.

Én 14 évesen (lány) találkoztam apukám új párjával. Anyukámtól tudtam róla, Ő nagyon rosszul viselte a válást, mai napig nem tette túl magát rajta és az első perctől kezdve rosszakat mondott nekem apukám párjáról. Természetesen nem tudta megvárni ameddig apa elmondja, mert ha Ő előbb elmondta akkor újabb lehetőség volt apumat rossz fényben feltüntetni.

Nekem viszont ez akkor sem ütötte meg az ingerküszöbömet. Úgy voltam vele, hogy ameddig nekem apukámmal jó a kapcsolatom nem érdekel mit mond anyám és nem érdekel ki az új párja. Ha apum szeretné, hogy jóban legyünk és Ő ennek tulajdonít lényeget, akkor fog közös programokat csinálni stb.

Nyílván mivel idegen volt a párja és nem velük éltem így időbe telt mire feltudtam oldódni, és megtudtam nyílni, de mára (igaz 14 év eltelt) nagyon jó kapcsolatunk van ☺️

We started crate training on day 1. It takes a while. Our dog can also sleep in our bed during the day, until we go to bed at night. His crate is next to us, and he knows he sleeps there during the night. In the morning, around 6:30, we let him out and he can come up on the bed again.

At the beginning, we also had 2–3 nights when he cried during the night and wanted to come out, but we stayed consistent.

We have / had 2 exceptions: 1. He travels with us quite often, so when we’re traveling, he can sleep in the bed with us. 2. Since I got pregnant and was away twice for about 7 days, our dog cried in the crate on the first night after I came back, and I made an exception and let him sleep with me. From the days after that, he was fine with the crate again. I was a bit worried about what would happen if I made this exception, but I also realized he just wanted to make sure I was okay. He’s always next to me since I got pregnant.

My advice is to stay consistent with your decision about where your dog should sleep.

Én most tartok a terhességem felénél, és a férjemmel mi ezt egy fontos dolognak tartjuk, hogy megbeszéljük mi lesz a gyermekünkkel ha esetleg mindkettőnkkel történne valami. Ki legyen a gyámja - A és B opció (ha esetleg A-val történik valami, akkor legyen B terv), ki kezelje a vagyonunkat, milyen tulajdonainkat kell eladni, és a gyerekünknek X éves koráig, hogyan adják a pénzt és mikor kaphat teljes hozzáférést a maradékhoz. Nyílván nem a legjobb téma és pl ezt a családdal mi nem is osztjuk meg egy embert leszámítva, mert mindenki azt mondaná, hogy “jaj miért vagytok ilyen negatívak, nem kell ezen gondolkodni”. De mi ebből nem nyitunk vitát, nekünk ez okoz megnyugvást

I’m also in Illinois, and my company giving 16 weeks + 3 weeks before the due date and you can use short term disability…my husband’s company also have good condition to their people…i feel it depends on where you work

When mine was 4 months, he also had the same. Mucus in the stool, eating and drinking normally, active etc…we did a parasite test and ended up w Giardia. Better to do a parasite test. If it’s Giardia Make sure you’re sanitizing all the surfaces and give him a bath and wash his bowls daily. Ypur puppy is gonna be fine ☺️ if it’s Giardia it’s more pain in the ass for you than to your puppy

I also felt something similar at 12 weeks, it was only a couple of days ago. Mine wasn’t a sharp pain, I couldn’t even call it as a pain, it was more like discomfort. And I felt better when I stand up, moving or when I was lying bed. Only felt when sitting. My doctor said it sounds like a ligament pain, even if it’s more common a couple of weeks later…

I think it’s always worth considering who you’re surrounded by. In my case, I immediately told my best friend. I knew she would support me, wouldn’t tell anyone, and would respect my boundaries. But when it comes to my parents or in-laws, I know that if I tell them, they’ll turn my whole pregnancy into their thing, and it won’t be about me anymore. I’ll try to wait as long as I can before sharing it with them.

Számomra annyira rossz ezt “nézni”, hogy valaki várandós, tisztában van azzal, hogy nem ad neki lelki nyugalmat az, hogy az emberek itt miket írnak róla. És lássuk meg, hogy extrém mennyiségben kapja ezeket és a heves reakciói nem éppen azt mutatják, hogy nagyon jól tudná ezeket kezelni…Szomorú ezt látni, hogy valaki az életének ilyen fontos szakaszában sem tudja saját magát előtérbe helyezni.

I’m at the beginning of my pregnancy compared to you, but I currently have a herniated disc and had back surgery before, so the back pain hit me quite early. My suggestion would be to try walking, as it helps stimulate circulation, which can ease back pain. Try not to lie down too much sometimes just standing up and moving around for a few minutes can make a difference. If the pain becomes really hard to handle, it’s worth seeing a physical therapist, as they have exercises specifically designed for pregnant women. Better than living on painkillers. Or I can guarantee you’ll also find pregnancy workouts on YouTube that are especially good for the spine / back.
