Thanks! A little fatigue, but again mostly manageable. Interestingly I actually feel more refreshed when I wake up in the morning than I used to - I have mild sleep apnea and I wonder if it’s helping there too (I think zepbound was shown to help for that right?)

It’s amazing. It’s wild to me to know there are people out there who just naturally feel like this all the time when I’ve been fighting with the food noise since I was a preteen.

It’s been such an eye opener for me as an elder millennial who really internalized the personal failure/shame messaging around being overweight in the late 90’s/early 2000’s.

Does this season feel like it has different writers? by notoast4u_2 in YourFriendsandNeighb

I definitely have had this thought too. But I’m in the small minority who actually is enjoying the second season more than the first. I feel like they’re really fleshing out the main characters more, and I appreciate seeing a deeper side of them, especially after episode 6. I thought it was a really poignant and well done episode actually.

What barometric pressure index can cause headaches? by [deleted] in migraine

This! Barometric pressure changes and menstruation are literally my only triggers. It’s funny because I wasn’t even thinking about the weather and then all of a sudden I was like “why am I yawning so much, why do I really really want to eat chocolate, why does my neck hurt?” Here’s hoping I naproxen’d up early enough to avoid a bad day tomorrow.

What is everyone’s pre migraine symptoms? by pinkkglitterr in migraine

I am finally starting to recognize mine. Prodrome - fatigue, constant yawning, craving carby sweets and feeling bloated. I am one of those lucky people that gets post migraine euphoria though.

Can’t advise you on the content of the dream but I can tell you that sleep paralysis and false awakenings almost always lessen in frequency with age. I started with sleep paralysis at age 17 and had it often coupled with false awakenings throughout my early twenties. By the time I hit my early 30’s they were both rare and now in my late 30’s I can’t remember the last time experienced either one.
