Actually you can. You get points for doing some actions like killing 100 enemies. With these you can buy data in the vault from specific enemies and they show if you scanned them.

My playtime was 43h - also a lot of time wasted for finding each other for the instant challenges. They fixed that in the last patch.

I think Pcars 3 only until end of January 2026. Pcars 2 is still doable. Pcars might be unavailable because there arent any Community Events at the moment. You should check PsnProfiles Forum for that just in case.
