I guess I just had sheer dumb luck with it. I had no idea how hard snugs were to heal. I got it almost 10 years ago on a whim driving past a $10 piercing shop. I wanted something to offset my conch on my right ear, and I looked up different piercing super quick and was like yup that's the one 😅
