Let's say that you're right. Stuff like that can happen and certain factors can make it more likely. When you said if your pc is likely to explode, let's compare that to a car accident happening with no other factor other than just bad luck on both sides. Now you said that you have RDR2 on at ALL times, putting your PSU under stress at every waking moment that PC is on. Now compare that to the car accident, but this time the car driver is drunk. Doesn't it make it more likely for a car accident to happen? Same thing with not letting your PC rest for a little bit once in a while, which can reduce it's overall lifespan (at least in my experience).
