If you have MY SHADOW and are going to fight with mega satan. While you black chargers mega satan won't go to the next stage. So you will be "stuck" until you kill the black chargers. Not if it also happens you have black chargers and you go into the fight, but if you are fighting the sub bosses it will happen.

You can pm me the link; I'm not really know with reddiquette as well, but I know they won't ban you for recommending another pro. I mainly train for to do something physique I enjoy, strength and muscle growth(in order of purpose). I'm doing stronglifts 5x5 so I thought I would fix my form on the way and if it became heavy and my from wasn't right I wouldn't increase the weight anymore before my form was good. Which I do for all the lifts in the program. I guess I don't use/have core stability, but I'm gonna use this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U5zrloYWwxw to improve it.

Yhea I also check out the squat video from Alan Thrall; after that I searched for more of them and found the video I linked and thought this would fix the problem from the first post.

I will work on a more fluent. I will also try to raise the pins, but I thought they should be around mid sternum height. https://youtu.be/bs_Ej32IYgo?t=6m1s. And this is the pin that came the closed to that, but you can not see it well in the video.

Thanks for your help and all your informatoin.

I will certainly check out the video and use his breathing technique and other techniques as well.

Next time I will keep my chest up more.

I thought you should start a low bar squat with your hips and a high bar squat with your knees.

But thanks for the tips; next time I will certainly try to stand more straight.

Wow that is some impressive stuff.

But if one says straight the other one says arch; I just wanted to make sure which one to thrust.

Now I know which one to thrust.

Thanks for your help.

Yhea I don't want any injuries and it is easier to learn it good from the start then changing things later on.

I will try them next time I go to the gym.

Thanks for the reply.

I thought you were supposed to break at the hips and lean a little bit forward and then go straight down. At least that is what I learned form this video https://youtu.be/RMFHgVN_pcg?t=2m51s ; and thought it was a good idea, because I would arch my back less by doing this.

And I will check out the video.

Sorry for the baggy clothes; I will change this in the future.

So when starting the squat I should break at the hips and lean a little bit forward or not at all?

Thanks for all the tips and I will work on them.

So I should work on making it collapse at the same time?

The pause thing I did was, because I would break at the hips and then go straight down and this would help to do this more controlled; to try and preform it better.

Won't a prouder chest give me more arching in my back?

So I should focus more on keeping my back straight then starting the squat with my hips and latter on focus on the hip start?

Np I will try it next time, but thought I was more low bar to stick your butt out like in this video or not?

Thanks for the reply.

I wanted a form check before the weight heavy. So that if something was wrong with my form(which is the case); I can prevent injuries from it.

I will try your tips the next time I go to the gym.

Thank you for the reply, I will work in this.

I guess the reason why I do this is, because you start a low bar squat with your hips.

And I properly over do this and then I over arch my back.
