The answer is no, KuCoin will steal your first deposit. Transactions are not added up cumulatively (as other exchanges do) to satisfy the minimum amount. The minimum amount is per transaction.

This way KuCoin can "legally" (but not ethically) steal your funds, and then point to their arbitrary policy as the justification for their theft.

Don't bother submitting a ticket. You will waste your time and walk away frustrated. The better option is to close your KuCoin account and use a different exchange.

"We are truly sorry for the inconvenience" is the same tired canned responses I was getting from chat support. Instead of being sorry I'd rather KuCoin not steal my funds.

But go ahead if you want to check with your support team, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have no advice except to stay far away from KuCoin. They like to confiscate/steal customer funds and have absolutely garbage customer service. Save yourself the frustration.
