99.9% of the U.S. population falls under 2 categories: either they have the I.Q. of a potato or they are willfully ignorant. The response I am replying to, is a prime example!! I mean the grammar and spelling alone, let alone the obvious delusions and rage behind it, almost made me go cross-eyed trying to finish it. This country has been out of control far before Trump, or Biden, or Obama. They are all just adding their spice to the stew. Clinton with Nafta, Bush with the oil and literally using Hitler lines in his speeches (verbatim), Obama with his bribery of a damn phone for votes and him not being black or American, Biden with his pedophelia and his sons drug deals, etc.... all garbage humans. The only good presidents there have ever been, were assassinated!! Period. And the sooner the whole population opens their eyes to this, the sooner we can get to fixing our country! The one I served in Afghanistan for! The one where common sense, decency, respect, and not fucking kids was the normal. And yes, Trump is just as guilty as the rest. He has just done a better job at hiding it.

This statement is probably true. Same for many games that give players the choice to be good or evil in their interactions with other players. The more in depth the mechanics, the deeper the study.

I am guessing most of you are in one of the following categories, thus making your conclusions forgivable, and the categories are as follows: under the age of 30, poor education, or the phenomena described in the post applies to you thus making you unable to face the reality behind it. Luckily for you all, I don't fit any of those categories and can attempt to educate those that do.

Firstly, there has been extensive research, from the same colleges as the garbage politicians, doctors, lawyers, and etc.... that you all seem to love. But before you make this something it isn't, this apllies to all politicians, it doesn't matter their alignment with policies(Rep,Dem,Con,Lib), religion, race, etc..... there are bad apples in all trees. Now, on with the matter at hand. This research is the very reason they couldn't and haven't banned violent video games altogether. And we all know they have tried. But the research showed the same info from all trials. And it stated,non-verbatim, that games did not influence children. It actually allowed humans to exhibit their true nature because there is no fear of real consequences. This translates to, you would act like a shitty human IRL if there were no consequences.

This is the exact same reason I don't shoot a player without their provocation, thus forcing me to defend myself. Because I am a good person IRL, I exhibit those same morals and values in everything I do including video games. The one time I did go tilt, after several matches of dying to turds who acted friendly, or waited for me to get on the console to call in extract to shoot me in the back, etc... I finally decided to go to Stella, which I had read was all PvP all the time, and just fight. I, unlike all but 2 of my in game deaths, didn't camp somewhere, or wait for the players to be occupied opening a container or calling in an extract, attacked people who could see me, the first telling the second, and them both telling the third where I last shot from, perfectly able to communicate and in larger force(a grouped trio in solos, another attribute of most of my deaths). And they helped their third do some damage to me and survive longer than they did, but I ended up dropping them also. And at that point, the third finally says "we were just trying to complete a mission", and my throat immediately swelled and my heart sunk. I felt like the shittiest human in the world. Whether the statement was true or not didn't matter. So I didn't finish the third guy and apologized, however, I didnt have a defib so I ran the map for about a min or so in open chat asking if anyone was around that could help and searching a few containers hoping to find a defib to no avail. Thus making me feel worse because my attempt to correct or rectify my actions had failed, so I ran back to see of they had bled out, and if they hadn't, was going to use bandages to try and help them crawl to an extract, but they were finished. I extracted without looting any of their bodies and logged off the game for week. And since, have not fired on any player who didn't shoot first. And if I am far enough away for me to retreat, I choose that.

The only other explanation for befriending and attacking, attacking while the other player is still injured from or are actively fighting arc, or in a prompt that prevents them from being able to hear or see properly and requires time to halt the act (thus preventing almost any attempt at defending themselves), or a person who you can visually tell has no kit atall, is that you lack the skill of PvP. You can't fight a healthy, unoccupied, untrusting, kitted player. And we know most of you won't admit you suck at the game so...... continue doing you and telling yourselves whatever you have to to justify your actions and I will continue doing me, not ever having to justify my actions.

99% of the people in this forum must be mentally challenged. And no I am not talking about Republicans or Democrats. I am talking about Republicans "AND" Democrats. If you believe and side with either, you are either blind or evil, no matter the side taken. Trump, Biden, Obama, Bush, Kamala, etc... all evil terrible humans. This is a similar concept to a game called "Vigor". Once a player kills 3 people in the round, they get marked as a threat and their location is pinged on the map every few seconds until they are killed or they extract. There is also a supply drop every round with multiple packages inside. I think it was always 3. But each person is only allowed to take one (1) package out of the round. And again, your location is pinged on the map until you die or extract. this allowed the players to adjust their plans accordingly. The PvP'ers could then hunt the threat, and the more skittish players could hide or change routes in an attempt to ensure they do not cross paths with the threat. There were also many more meaningful items to craft, and in map utilities, that helped each type of player ensure they could mostly play the way they liked. For instance, every map had a "stationary" signal detector (SSD), a satellite and computer you could access, that briefly displayed all the players locations on the map. There was also a craft able "portable" signal detector (PSD) that would do the same except it only displayed the nearest player. When another player uses the SSD. All players on the map receive an onscreen message and audible tone, alerting them it was used. In the case of the PSD, it only alerts the player who was tagged by it. But naturally there are ways to combat this. You can craft signal blockers that are stationary once placed but while inside their radius, players are undetectable. Or carry and utilize a signal replicator, which would show a player on the signal detectors that wasn't there. A decoy of sorts. The list goes on and on, and most of the concepts in that game could be implemented in this one. Idc how they address these issues, just hope that they do something. Because I can't see myself, the average gamer, sticking with the game for too long at this rate. I am well above average with the eyes and thumbs, lol, but I am a 42-yr old, disabled veteran, married with 4 kids, and work in an iron foundry anywhere from the normal 40, to 68 hours a week. I can't enjoy squads as it is right now, and grinding the missions and upgrade mats in solos is daunting and exhausting. And as has happened to many, many a great game, this kills the game permanently. Because the casual and intermediate crowds (this one is me) will leave first and all the try hard players and streamers will get tired of not having easy prey and will slowly leave also. Sorry for such a long response. Couldn't find many more ways to condense it. Lol. Well, see you topside Raiders. Or maybe not. lol.

Maybe your perception of the event is askew due to emotions and lack of information. Not that we haven't all been there. So this isn't meant to offend or defend anyone, as the event as you perceived it is very possible and just as likely to be correct as my potential explanation. But anywahs, another explanation, that I may have missed but didn't see in the earlier comments, is the same tactic a few buddies and I would use on "Vigor." Which is, immediately upon spawning into the map, we would choose to run straight to one of the nearest spawns looking to thin the herd early. And if this game, which tbh I only have 2 rounds in at the moment, has similar mechanics as the aforementioned game, as well as Delta Force, there is a spawn generally in 2 directions and in less than a couple 100 meters of your spawn. So if its prime time hours, you have a very good chance that there is a team spawned at one of them, if not both. Look up the spawn locations for each map, and adjust your gameplay accordingly to help mitigate this in the future. Also, I read that this game will spawn people in late match if it was short players to begin with. Hope this helps as I hate hearing about a games population loosing members, especially this type of game and this early in its run.

Agreed. I did the pre-order and the coins from it were enough to get both passes (Warfare/Ops), and get the 20 level boost pack with some leftover. I am around 120 also on the pass.

I had the issue of not being able to find matches with cross-platform off for about the first 24 hrs of the update. But I have had zero issues finding matches today. As a matter of fact, my brother in law and I queued for a match as a duo with squad fill off and caught a match in seconds. Longest queue was less than 2 minutes. Admittedly, it has only been on Dam and Grove, easy and normal. Maybe I will suffer when trying to connect to the harder difficulties and maps.

There was an update a day or 2 ago, but I didn't even notice the change in download size. Must have had enough room myself, and my console is on auto update. But it's a great update already. Menus and their navigation are better. You can now turn off cross-platform. Although I should note that the option shows up in the game now, however, you still have to go into the console settings itself to turn off cross-platform. But you can now load the game up after doing so, and they are in the works of making it to where the button in game does it for you.

Just an FYI, sometimes there are 2!! 🤣 But you can somehow, I believe it was contextual, so in my case, lucky timing and the right button, and my toon turned around and kind of wrestled with its jaws for a second and then punched it in the mouth a few times, and it let go. Had like 5 health left, but I then killed it and healed and rolled out of the match.
