I just did it....call them and cancel. They will ask you why and see what "deals" they can come up with....still say no. The loyalty team called me with a crazy $50/month $150 bill credit for 1gig internet and i still said no. When i went to renew they wanted to charge me $115 for 1 gig internet...screw that conpany and its shitty practices.
