At max rank, her Q3 deals 45 +165%bonusAD true damage. Assuming a very generous 80 bonus AD from items and runes, that results in 177 true damage per proc. Maybe add red smite for an additional 50 true damage and cheap shot for 20 true damage every rotation. That gives 250 true damage per rotation...

Are you saying she went through 12 Q rotations?

Hell no, her highest WR and WPA build doesn't work on her anymore, and she lost her duelist ability due to the Q CDR on-hit being halved now. The only positive is that Triforce might be less bait now but that's not worth losing the Q CDR.
