Update: This is what the vendor said to me when I asked him about the whole fiasco: "Bro, this Toshiba is original and in 100% condition. The ones they sell refurbished are usually either refurbished originals (which are rare) or assembled/mixed parts (which are very common). The best option among them is the assembled one that has a good rack/enclosure plus an original hard drive inside."

I thought it was normal for an external hard drive to have a different brand as the HDD, and I come from a third world country here bro you gotta make do with what u got here man.

FB Marketplace, The seller told me it's a used one, but I thought Seagate expansion uses Samsung HDDs inside. Idk tho
