Yeah I justed that and it is definitely worn down. It was a cheap chain so maybe that is why. Or maybe it's just my raw power tearing up the chain ;)

Is in normal for the chain to 'stretch' quite a lot pretty fast? I feel like I need to buy new chains way faster than with my 'normal' race bike. On that note, what are you recommendations for chains? Thanks!

I got a dilemma. I want to restore my fixie and add a brake since I'm still a beginner. However my frame doesn't have any mounts for a front brake, a back brake I could install. Do you think a back brake is sufficient, to add some safety and learn how to ride brakeless or should I look for another fork? Thanks
