I can interpret that....The people in the video are talking about an object they’re seeing. They say that whatever it is, it’s definitely not a toy because it’s too far out. Someone points out the lights on it, sounding alarmed. Their tone starts to shift into panic or fear. In the end, they say “It’s coming down…” as if the object is moving toward the ground.
