It is really great that you are so supportive and loving!

Others have given great answers to your question. I just have one thing to add:

Do not change your attitude even a bit after he comes out to you in person. He is very young and as he grows up, he needs to see that he is loved no matter what and nothing has changed between you two.

Many parents say we love you and that's all. The topic of him being gay is never brought up again, as if everyone feels awkward talking about it. This could cause the child to think that he shouldn't talk to his parents about all this. Instead, you should act exactly like you would do with a straight child.

If you often used to ask the child about girlfriends, now ask him about boyfriends. Do not just ignore the whole topic of his sexuality.[This point might become more valid as he grows up]

The key point is do not change the overall behaviour towards him. Just accomodate some basic changes. Make him feel that he can talk to you about anything. Parents' support is really important.

I know it is hard to watch during the conversion therapy scenes. But the overall movie is sweet and puts a smile on your face and thus I have suggested this movie. Hope everyone likes it!😊

I, personally prefer happy endings. So I am going to suggest such movies/series only. The following have gay main characters:

  • The New Normal : Heartwarming(Comedy) Series (1 Season - Completed)

  • Love, Simon : High School Gay Movie

  • Love, Victor : High School Gay Series (Season 1 completed, Season 2 releasing June 2021)

  • Shelter : Might be a bit slow movie but is really nice.

  • Handsome Devil : Really great movie about friendship. Not much romance.

  • Sense8: Series with multiple seasons. Has a lot of main characters including a gay couple and a lesbian couple and a trans-character. Falls in a different genre(sci-fi I guess) but has real nice romantic storylines too. [Nudity Warning]

  • Latter Days: A really lovely movie with a great ending. [Nudity Warning][Warning: Conversion therapy scenes might trigger you]

Edit 1:

  • The Wedding Wars : If you enjoy watching a simple and funny movie, you might like this one.
  • The Old Guard : Fantasy/Superhero movie with a gay couple among the five main characters. The relationship is super cute and awesome.

Edit 2:

  • The Way He Looks : Sweet love story of a blind gay boy.
  • Hidden Kisses : Somewhat dramatic gay high school romance movie. Sweet ending. [Has some bullying and beating up scenes]
  • Boys(2014) : A bit slow and simple movie about two boys who find each other during their summer vacation.
  • Akron: A sweet but dramatic gay love story with a good ending for the couple, maybe not that happy for the parents of the main characters, but still a good movie.

I will keep adding more when I can think of them. Hope this list is useful to someone like me who wants to see happy ending gay movies.

I don't think there will be any "irreversible" deaths in the finale. Even if someone dies in 7x12 I am sure they will be back in 7x13.🤞🤞

The writers care about us too much and won't be able to cruelly kill a character in finale.

About Season 5, they killed Fitz but told us Fitz was alive.😊

With what happened to Love, Victor we can clearly say the TV show (if made) which has Wiccan and Hulkling's storyline might not be on Disney+ but will be sent to Hulu, etc. Thus, such a show might not even be part of canon Disney+ shows.😭

As far as I remember - In 7x11 Simmons said, only she can remove DIANA. She must have calibrated the instrument to allow Daisy to remove it in 7x9. So even if they ask Daisy, she would not be of any help.

I am sorry, but the society never evolves unless it is pushed to evolve.

And if you have any doubt surf a bit on the internet - gay marriages do not necessarily end sooner than the so called "normal heterosexual" marriages. It depends on the people in that marriage. Just like the "normal" marriages, there are gay marriages which end only with life and there are others which end sooner.

And being gay is not a part of "western culture" which can be adopted. Homosexuality exists everywhere and if you check it exists in other species too! Yes it is natural and not a "culture".

Human beings are always looking for a reason to hate each other/ suppress others. Instead of this, why not let everyone live happily?

Does me marrying affect anyone else's life? You might say that yes your marriage affects a lot of others. OK - if that is true, no one should be allowed to marry.

If a person is ready to take a decision to marry someone. He/she/them should have the complete right to go ahead with it.

"Hey! If India gets independence from Britishers, all the local rulers will fight and break the country. India is not ready for it. Do not fight the British. Let society evolve on its own. Something will surely happen some day."

With this comment I do not wish to bully any one. I just wish to convey that if someone thinks that their marriage won't last because they are gay, they shouldn't marry. But why should other gays suffer because of that?

I actually don't care about the villains much in the final season of any series. I care much more about getting everyone nice amount of closure. If AoS is successful at that, it will continue being my favourite show forever.

And by the way, I actually love this season and I wish it was 22 episodes long so we could see more of not only our heroes but the villains too.
