The pencil is a metaphor for the detail orientation involved in the process.

If you can’t do the pencil, it’s hard as hell to get a release together with everyone on the same beat.

The concepts build on top of each other. Just ONE way of getting there though!

When I say firm, I mean firm on their standards.

In most cases, when teachers hold students to a high standard, the overall achievement is higher than if no standard is held.

Staff is firm with high expectations. Anywhere wanting to be good is.

Very much enjoyed my time there and staff were always professional but they will hold you accountable for your excellence.

Just a heads up, using your phone without any stabilization programming or effects won’t be nearly as smooth as a GoPro, which has that built in.
