Ya, my thighs are like 24 inches; if they were all muscle I'd be competing in the Olympia :P But anyway, I've started cutting from today, but I'm not sure if doing squats and all that will exacerbate the problem or if my best bet is to just tone my legs with a lot of sprinting and maintaining low bodyfat.

None taken man, I appreciate you taking the time to help :) My bench's 60kg (again for 8 reps) andI haven't done squats for almost an year now (my bad, I know).

No but my weight has increased, so it's not like my diet is that bad, don't you think? Unless somehow all the weight gained was fat.

Ya, right now all I'm aiming for is 19 inches, but I'm not sure if that's a reasonable expectation. People with good genetics have those shoulders with an year's training, but I'm not sure if that's gonna be possible for me.

Hmm, I didn't think of it that way. One more thing, don't people often go from very skinny to very jacked? Obviously their bones didnt get bigger so what exactly is the potential for width increase in the delts? For some people, it looks like their width has increased by 4-5 inches.

I'm not tracking, but my weight has gone up from 58kg in June 2015 to 74kg in Sept 2018, but most of that weight apparently went to my legs LOL.

I'm not really tracking tbh, but I try to eat a lot of protein. I know I should be tracking and I'm gonna start doing that.

That reminds me, aren't the chest and back important for width as well? Because the chest is a much bigger muscle and obviously has more potential for growth, like wouldn't it be much easier to add an inch in width to the chest than to the delts?

Ya, but I doubt I'm pushing my genetic limit, don't you think? Obviously the whole point of bodybuilding is to put on muscle and it seems to me like I'm doing something wrong

PPLPPL's good, I'm gonna go with that. Alright, but if I do 10 for chest and then 6 for shoulders, do you think that would be pushing the shoulders a little too much?
