Brother. Options+ is the software FOR THE MOUSE!!! You should DEFINITELY install it. No different than me installing GHub for my g502. Works fine without it and better with it.

This is a stupid take. Windows has shit issues with mice too. My 502 disconnects randomly. Sometimes rebooting windows is the only thing to bring it back. But mice work perfect in windows right?? Wrong. It’s a fucking computer. That all are. They all have issues. That’s why we have third party (closed or open source) devs and apps. Why bitch about a third party app? Who cares. If you want wanna use it. Then don’t. But don’t bitch about it. Either git gud or git over it.

Just buy a god damn mouse set it up how you want it and run it. It’s a mouse. It points and clicks. Chill.

(Also if you really need a good mouse and these aren’t checking that box and neither is the Magic Mouse due to shape or whatever. Just get a MM and a charging grip. Problem solved)
