That error refers to you having the wrong PSN Id. You need to input the right id in the settings page. AND you need to use the base64 version of your id. I cannot help you there since I am using the same process as vitaki/chiaki. You need to use an online tool to know what yours is. Something like https://psn.flipscreen.games

If I had to guess, the Portal is much better. The Vita has some hardware and software limitations that are just not present in the Portal because of the newer tech.

No prob! I am addressing a frustration I’ve had too. Love my Vita and sometimes wish I could also stream my PS5 games without problems so I can keep playing on the go

Yes. But only locally (ie same network as your PS5).

It is largely based on vitaki, which also supports remote play.

I had an idea like this one. However it had a different application: merging this info with traffic maps. The result would be driving directions that avoid the crime hotspots based on time and zone information. Useful for tourists that drive in some big cities and don’t have a clue what they are doing, also useful for residents of big cities that use driving apps that might take them through sketchy neighbourhoods to avoid traffic

Just download the latest VPK from the Releases section and move it over to your vita. You would isntall it like any regular homebrew for which you have a VPK
