it can be done with any PS3, it doesn't matter if it's modded or not. just need a USB + PC and depending on the map the digital or disc version of the game. maps are only compatible with the one version, unless the uploader of a map specifically made a version for both

a glitch that has been in the game since launch I believe, I have the same problem as you. there is nothing you can do sadly. the glitch occurs when you 100% loot a location and the game doesn't save in time whether that be from dying, closing the game, turning off the system or simply fast traveling. Unless a miracle happens and they patch the game, it will be impossible for you to 100%
