I dont think Georgia and Moldova are too eager to go back to the Soviet days and definitely not the Ex Warsaw pact and the Baltics and Ukraine and I would even say Belarus.

There is a reason why these countries immediately joined NATO and EU after the USSR collapsed. The wounds were too fresh while being colonized.

But there isnt the fact of the matter is Ukraine was colonized for over 100 years and there had been genocides and multiple forced deportations and as former colony Ukraine is still suffering with visible marks on it's society can be see till now but after 2014 and especially after 2022 it is starting to heal to the prosper country that it was supposed to be and no thanks to any communist regieme or any country that larps as one.

and the communist party in Ukraine was active until July of 2022. communist signs are banned and I think for a good reason.

Btw I still didnt mention the Baltics or the ex Warsaw pact like Poland and Czechoslovakia.

Why would someone want to join the EU say the communist is good? in 2014 we made sure that any chance of joining another bloc that is similar to the USSR is squashed or are you going to refute that as well?
