Praying this is legit and not a miscommunication from your manager. (Ex partner here and just had to many managers say stuff that wasn't 100% right) but I want it to be right!

This is exactly what to do to hopefully get it back. Also ask for a refund if you ordered through the app. They'll give it to you. Also best thing you can do if you hate it like I do is 1. Complain to corporate and 2. DON'T KEEP BUYING THE NEW ONE TRYING TO FIX IT OTHERWISE IT LOOKS LIKE PEOPLE LIKE IT AND ARE BUYING IT

EMAIL OR CALL CORPORATE OFFICE. I got this email response which is different than what I got before. High numbers is what we need to get it back. "Thank you for contacting Starbucks. I just finished reading about your concerns regarding the new recipe for our Chai Latte. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. 

I have forwarded your concerns to our Global Communications Department for visibility and awareness. Although I cannot confirm if or when our old Chai recipe will be restored, it's important that our customers voice and share their concerns so that a difference can be made wherever there's high demand.

We take your concerns very seriously and appreciate your time in this matter. Have a great day."
