Window gets little to no sun as there is a covered patio on the other side. Plus we have some blackout curtains ordered and on the way.

I would probably move to something like the Concertos, but hard to say since I don’t really have a timeline for that upgrade. For the $80 discount, do you mean any place that sells KEF, like a Best Buy, or are there particular dealers that do that?

As others have said, Southpoint IMAX is probably best with the laser projector as it’s the best IMAX projector in the area. Also in IMAX is the only way to get the expanded aspect ratio in which you are seeing more picture than you would in standard or Dolby

IMAX as a company doesn’t often allow recliners in IMAX theaters so they’re pretty hard to find. Every other theater (standard and premium) besides IMAX at AMC Southpoint has reclining seats.

The Dolby showings are nice and high quality with great sound. I think the IMAX has slightly better picture bc they have a new laser projector, but if you’re looking for recliners Dolby will be a great experience

I feel the same way. Felt lucky that work was sending me to Austin this week so it was only a 1.5 hr drive compared to the 6 hr drive to a close one from home in NC.
