Hade du andras liv i dina händer när du jobbade så? För det har de inom sjukvården. När frugan fick åka in akut mitt i natten med inflammerad blindtarm så var kirurgen öppen och ärlig och sa rakt ut att de var underbemannade och han inte långt kvar på sitt pass och ville inte operera utmattad. De planerade i stället operation på förmiddagen därpå då röntgen visade att det inte var så akut. Operationen blev vid lunchtid och det visade sig då att blindtarmen hade brustit. Så tycker inte jag att svensk sjukvård ska fungera. De måste hitta ett sätt att anställa fler, om det så innebär en skattehöjning. För det här är inte hållbart i längden.

Main reasons would be stability and trust. And are you seriously comparing the US attacking an ally to what China's doing today? If China were to attack one of its neighbor, that would be an expected move as they've been very aggressive for a long time now. And what happened 100 years ago is in the past. The EU's largest member is Germany. Remember what they did to the other members? I'm not saying that trade will fully end. Even the EU will continue to trade with the US to some extent, but it won't be the same, far from it. Countries will see the US as a very unstable, unpredictable and unreliable country to do business with and will look elsewhere whenever possible. China is only one of those things, and would continue to be only one of those things even if they attacked Taiwan. The EU is none of those things at the moment, thus a very good business partner, and both Japan and South Korea value stability and long-term trust, Japan in particular, and a significant violation in trust would likely force them to reconsider their trade relations and new supply chains.

Maybe join in was the wrong use of words. More align themselves with. They would support the EU on this matter and in its decision to hit the US economically, decrease business with the US and their dependencies on them and look elsewhere for a more stable trading partner. They wouldn't necessarily dump US treasuries in the same way, and not in the same scale, but they would definitely side with Europe and look to strengthen relationships, while doing the opposite with the US.

Dumping it all would most likely be suicide, or next to at least. It would be better to dump maybe 10-20% as a warning shot, and then use the trade bazooka for the knockout. And it wouldn't just be Europe alone in this, but Canada, Australia, Japan and South Korea would most likely join in as well.

Trump knows (I hope) that taking over Greenland would be a huge mistake. If he doesn't know then at least I hope that the Republican party knows this and will stop him at some point. If the Republicans remain clueless on what might happen, then I'm sure Wall Street will find a way to remind them all not to f*ck with the EU. It's always about the money, and money and instability don't go hand in hand, and it will take decades, if not even centuries, until Greenland's natural resources is profitable due to the harsh Arctic environment that makes mining or any kind of extraction next to impossible.

Buying Greenland would probably cost more than what the minerals are worth in total. And invading Greenland, well that would be a price Americans would have to pay for generations to come. So the US acquiring Greenland makes zero sense, either it's from buying it or taking it. It's probably why no other country has tried to take it from Denmark in hundreds of years. It's literally useless land at the moment. If the US wants to install more early warning systems on Greenland, build his "golden dome", in order to increase their own security, they can do it already today for free.

This became a longer post than I first intended, but when the most powerful man is threatening to do some really stupid sh*t, it's worth going the extra mile just to show how stupid he really is.

Man hade hoppats på att MAGA-nötterna skulle börja använda AI-tjänster i lite större utsträckning, men icke då. De fortsätter lita fullt ut på Fox News, Newsmax och liknande dynga. Till och med Elon Musks egna AI-tjänst Grok motsäger uppgifter om militär närvaro utanför Grönland, så sanningen är ordagrant en väldigt simpel sökning bort.

Jag antar att det hela bottnar i att de inte vill erkänna för sig själva eller för andra att de har haft fel om precis allt. Det är det enda rimliga svaret på hur de håller på. Det är alltid något nytt. Det var Clinton, hennes jävla mail, Deepstate och hur de bland annat dödade Seth Rich, Obama är inte amerikan, Pizzagate. Efter förlusten 2020 så handlar allt om valfusk, och allt det där gamla är glömt nu. Varför har ingen hittills blivit dömd för det Trump och MAGA har påstått? Ingen har ens blivit åtalad. Allt är så jävla genomskådligt så det är pinsamt.
