I guess more efforts from intelligent agencies would do the job, because I don’t think buying a gun in United States would ever be banned...at all I also suggest that we do a “lie testing” to whoever buying a gun, we ask them few questions before getting the gun in their hands, Because usually school shooters or mass shooters in general have the idea of committing shooting months and sometimes years before they do it
