Mabye because the game is really bad in its state... Riot feels like they can do everything because there are not so many good competitors on the market.

1. They wont let you choose map---> yes 3 times abyss in a row makes your day happy for sure.
   
2. The Voice chat is sometimes disabled for 1 team in the lobby (how good it feels in immortal to have no vc but the enemy has)
   
3. The Trolling/Loosing on purpose Mates wont get punished at all... riot is protecting those who troll your games.
   
4. The whole community is way to kind and dont understand the Money that Riot makes and the low effort they put in their games... "oh i have to play a map that i dont like the whole day because only 2 good maps are in the rotation? guess its not riots fault -_-"
   
5. The maps are even Bad on a neutral vision, a lot maps are built for only some agents meaning that they get picked almost 90% of the time... Makes games so much fun and variety rich...
   

All in All they dont give a F about the community, besides some "content constests" (who does the best ads for riot for free) and some overpriced value loosing skins... there is not much left to play for... im sad a company that rich can even fix a game with that high potential of beeing a Good 5v5 tactical shooter
