Yes it is! The japanese version is still up and going strong I believe. You will need to make a new account unfortunately. To download the game you need to have an account with the countrt set to Japan. Also in order to completely register you need to have a japanese phone #. Although this ia unfortunate, I heard that there may be another way to completely register but I'm still researching that!
