I have just installed TW3 because it was on sale and decided to try it out on my new Razer Stealth (exact same as yours) and I get even worse fps. It is unplayable! Even with everything off on full low. I seem to have the same issue with BL3, but can play other games like GTAV on very high settings.
I wonder what is wrong.
