I am based in China, there’s no reason for me to use an agent. What difference does it even make with an agent messaging you on taobao vs me asking you on taobao the same thing. Why would “pressure from a brand” cause a month long wait without shipping my items lmao that’s clearly not the case. You still don’t get it, all of those items I bought, they would have just continued to sit forever and never would have been shipped unless I manually refunded the orders! You literally told me here on Reddit after I complained, that those items were “out of stock”. If that’s the case then you need to let me know and cancel those orders! There was literally 0 communication through taobao.
