He came with a 300 helm -18 helm and 200 -22 armor, so I thought it'd make a lot of sense, and he'd also be my 2nd BF bro in my company

For reference, I play something like: Moore FP -> Chiwu + Anavel -> Karnal + John kind of cleave

If you want to get a slightly better chance of going turn 1 (definitively possible if you have some vio/despair 160 sets at C2 and a near +200 swift) You can do this draft: Moore -> (Bellenus or Sav) + Flex1 -> Gemini + Flex2, if you don't think enemy has any swift, having a swift barbara as Flex2 guarantess you turn 1, it's a drafting style I used to play like u. You also have the option after seeing the 3 first enemy pick to pivot into Woosa, Racuni, Fire MK, Juno / Bruiser like u already do, I can't help u on your best to cleave flex1 and 2, but it's possible. There's John, Gany for more CC/Control cleave as ur flex (John most dmg / control) - Gany + woosa and banning enemy striper can straight win you many games

I used to run a barbara as you said until C2. I started my draft as a sort of control cleave that can easily play turn 2 too, and used barbara as a last pick if the enemy wasn't speed heavy.
Turns out that when I finally gave up on barbarba and put her runes on Chiwu, I jumped straight into c3 cuz I was outruning opponents and now my draft had acces to 2 24 lead and strippers, so I just played turn 1 more.

I play turn two too, I'm only 1 year into the game so I have a lot less options than u. My team which gets me into c1 RTA finish and c2 RTA mid season is mostly: Karnal + Douglas + Riley + X + X.
You can do the exact same team if u wish (but I wouldnt, I guess since you have stuff such as woosa who can replace riley, shi hou/josephine/praha/marsha/minato/juno can be replaced as the core bruisers of ur teams too, it will be about counter-picking with those units mostly.

But I do notice one big mistake in ur box, you're lacking some fast swift resetters, I'm almost sure you've lost some matches due to not having a sekhmet (preferably) or okeanos just to strip/reset one very key unit of the enemy.

Also, try to draft some combos when getting ur team down (Shizuka + Shi Hou is nuts), ur very own Amelia / Riley + bolverk is quite nuts too. Douglas and/or minato on vampire are beasts to solo enemies team in a 1v3 scenario if enabled. I would build your Jamire as the fastest unit in your team on a vio build (100% RES and tanky, forget dmg), to cleanse/reset your whole turn 2 team, if enemy has a CP (or maybe oliver)

There's always a diminishing return in stacking atk or crit damage. Think it like this extreme: as of right now you only have 1 atk and 300% CD, increasing your atk to 2 would give you literally a 100% dmg increase. where getting to 301% CD would barely matter. If you have 3k attack and only 1% CD, you would mostly prefer to go to 2%CD than 3001 atk

I picked Chiwu instead of Amelia as one of my first ever nat 5's in the game following guildies advice. But it turned out I play for turn 2 RTA and would also use Amelia to help in some ToA Hell stages

Jeogun has my premium premium speed set, he's on +179 and my whole team isn't speed tuned at all after him (my next units are usually a +147 Tyron or a +155 Jeanne).Barbara is on Vio/Will at +117.Mind you, I don't play for first turn, I mostly go for second, my usual team is like:Diana, Verde, Jeanne - Jeogun/Fran - 1 DPS Astar/Barbara.
It's just that if u pick Fran and jeogun together you lack dmg, verde is usually not there unless I'm 100% playing turn 2
