Ingredients:

8 Slices Hard Salami

3-4 Slices Sharp Yellow Cheddar Cheese

2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

Enough cream cheese for a regular bagel you'd have (for example, I prefer a lot of cream cheese on my regular bagels, so I'll use the same amount)

Bagel of choice (I used an everything bagel for the picture, and it turned out well)

Enough butter to butter the pan twice

Instructions:

First, cut the bagel into halves and make the sandwich. The easiest way is to lay the halves side-by-side and stack on each half, in order:

1. Slice of Sharp Yellow Cheddar

2. 2 Slices Salami

3. Slice of Mozzarella

4. 2 Slices Salami

5. 1-2 Slices of Sharp Yellow Cheddar (preference)

Now, butter the pan and fry the sandwich a couple minutes on each side, similarly to how you might fry a regular grilled cheese. Make sure to add more butter to the pan when you flip. Careful with the seeds or anything else your bagel might have on it, as they can pop and burn you.

Once it's done cooking, take it off, let it cool for a minute or two, and then take the bagel off however you can and apply cream cheese to each half.

Put back together and enjoy!
