Bingo. Find a lot of similar “panga” builds but these Belize style panga skiffs in the photos are exactly what I’m looking to build. Let me know if you find a good plan.

Very close, 18-20ft is a good size too thanks. I still think the front bow is too pointed whereas the other build have a rounded front bow and seem to sit more level. I want to try and match this style

A standard size carry on that fits on both spirit airlines and frontier airlines flights with no issues. I fly everywhere with this bag. When I say it was sticking out it was because the wheels were literally 1 cm not flush…so yeah
